Updated: 4/21/2012: Just when you thought everything was going great.... Our beautiful Bellawood floors have all started cupping. The floor is unsalvageable and we have elected to pull it all up and go with tile which is on order from Lowes. Here are some "almost complete" pictures, most of which feature a floor that will be removed.
We reached a mutually agreeable resolution with Lumber Liquidators the supplier of the Bellawood flooring. We greatly appreciate Brian, Lumber Liquidators' head of the Customer Care Department, and the help and understanding he demonstrated to resolve the situation.
