Our house sits on the southern 13.47 acres of the Lovers Leap hill just east
of Junction. The property overlooks Cedar Creek Valley. Below is a
Google Earth view of our property with boundaries approximated.
Below us to the west is the Kimble County golf course and the site of the annual
Easter Pageant. Just to the northwest is the Kimble County Fair Grounds.

Just outside the garage doors we have a great scenic view spot. It's a
great spot to catch the last rays of the setting sun and those spectacular
sunsets.
A few steps beyond the big rock, which serves as a great seat. you can walk down
and stand on a large rock that protrudes past the hill side.
You get a great view of the country side and the fairgrounds from that rock.
Our property's hill is terraced. The barn being on a level above the
house. Below the house there is an open area that serves as the back yard.
Beyond that are progressively lower areas until you reach the end of the hill
which then drops off to our neighbors property.
near the end of our "back yard" stands a live oak tree where we have placed a
bench and table. It is an excellent place to read or just meditate.
The spot offers some incredible views.
Not far from the bench is a large rock that was dug up when the septic system
was installed. It too offers a resting spot while out hiking the property.
